Our Founder CEO, Ganesh Jagdale aspired of setting up an engineering solution firm with customized offerings. With several years of work experience across prominent global players in the automation industry, both foresaw fortunate tidings in automation across the globe and therefore decided to build up their own businesses. While numerous hurdles were crossed, Ganesh kept his faith and continued expanding his team while emphasizing more on training people and making them ready for the industry

Our New Board of Directors

Mr. Mandar Khese

Director

Mandar has over 19 years’ experience in all aspects of Automation and Control Systems; from front-end design through to commissioning & validation across multiple platforms (Emerson, ABB Satteline, Hardware Designing). He has a strong track record in delivering automation DCS projects across the full project lifecycle, supporting live production systems.
Mandar is responsible for strategic and operational leadership of the Technical Consultancy, Inhouse Engineering and Technical Project Delivery functions within JEET.

Mr. Haresh Gurbani

Director

Haresh is focused on steering the strategic direction of the business and has the ambition to drive the global business growth plans. He has over 30 years experience in leading project teams to plan and implement the latest manufacturing automation and IT systems including MES technologies to the Biotech and Pharmaceutical industry.

Haresh leads the Company Management and has overall responsibility for the Business Development and Strategic Management functions within JEET.
